• Minimum order and reorder $200
• Backorders less than $25 will be canceled unless customer instructs otherwise
• No international orders please

Payment Terms:

• New accounts require bank check or credit card. Please contact moc.ngised-yb-retteb@selas for credit card payment form.
• Net 30 day terms upon credit approval. Please contact moc.ngised-yb-retteb@selas for credit approval form.
• All prices are FOB Sammamish, WA and are subject to change without notice
• A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks
• 1.5% per month fee (18% annually) on past due accounts

Method of Shipment:

• All merchandise is shipped FOB point of origin, Sammamish, WA
• Shipments are routed via the carrier determined by Better By Design Embroidery

Pricing:

• Prices are subject to change without notification, unless otherwise indicated.

Return Policy:

• Claims for shortages, damaged garments or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order
• Returns will not be accepted without return authorization from BBD
• No returns will be accepted after 15 days from date of invoice
