Artwork

Preferred Format for Embroidery:

• Vector artwork such as .eps or AI (Adobe Illustrator) formats are preferred as they provide the highest clarity. Please remember to convert all fonts to curves or paths when sending vector artwork.
• Bitmap or raster images such as JPG, BMP, GIF, PSD may be acceptable providing the resolution of the image is substantially high, e.g. 300 dpi.
• PDF files may also be acceptable. However, these types of images may require an additional art charge depending on the type of embellishment you desire.

Preferred Format for Screen Printing:

• Camera ready separated hard copies.
• EPS or art files in their native format in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.
• Simple Photoshop files with art at 300 dpi at full size (note: there will usually be additional art charges for Photoshop files).
• Low resolution formats such as photographs, JPGs, downloaded web images or any form of bitmap are NOT suitable.

Color Matching:

• If specific Pantone colors need to be matched, please call them out in the file.
• If you have a hard copy (business card, brochure, etc.) that you would like us to match, please submit that with your order.
